Plant Managers

Responsibilities:

• Management of the plant and its departments (production, quality, logistics, maintenance, etc.)
• Planning and implementation of production strategies in order to achieve the set production and financial goals of the company
• Responsibility for planning budgets, human capital and investment
• Control of operating costs and efficient use of resources
• Constantly improving processes, increasing efficiency and introducing innovations
• Supervision of compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
• Solving operational problems and ensuring the smoothness of production activities
• Responsible for team development and effective collaboration across all departments
• Building and maintaining good relationships with business partners, suppliers and the local community

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a manufacturing plant, ideally in the industrial sector
• Ability of strategic planning and operational management
• Strong organizational skills, leadership and results orientation
• Knowledge of modern production and management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0)
• Experience in setting and achieving production, quality and efficiency KPIs
• Highly developed communication and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English or German (B2)
