Interim Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate production activities across two production halls
Lead and develop a production organization of approximately 550 employees through subordinate managers
Ensure achievement of production plans, KPIs, and efficiency targets
Drive implementation, stabilization, and optimization of manufacturing processes
Improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety across the production area
Define, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and performance gaps, and implement corrective actions
Ensure smooth cooperation with quality, logistics, maintenance, and other relevant functions
Provide regular reporting and performance updates to the Plant Manager
Support transformation, performance improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to a structured and results-oriented production culture
Ensure that production operations meet internal standards and customer requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
Proven track record in managing large-scale production teams
Strong hands-on experience in production management within a complex manufacturing environment
Experience with plastic injection molding
Experience with laminating processes
Experience with welding processes
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Structured and systematic way of working
Strong focus on results, efficiency, and target achievement
Experience in performance management and KPI-driven leadership
Ability to lead change and drive optimization initiatives
Hands-on management style with strong problem-solving skills
English – minimum level B2
