Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for operational excellence in 2 machining plants (CZ & HU), together of 200 employees
• Responsibility for 20 million EUR in sales, including component discussions with the customer and assistance in process development
• Collaboration with the plants in Germany and Poland
• Reporting to the German CEO of the group

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position
• Knowledge of machining, preferably in the area of casting machining for heavy-duty and agricultural applications
• English or German is a must, Czech or Hungarian is an advantage
• Availability to travel between Czechia and Hungary
