COO/Technical Director – Czechia/Hungary
For our client, a leading German engineering production company, we are seeking an experienced COO/Technical Director, who will be responsible for two company sides, one in Czechia and one in Hungary.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for operational excellence in 2 machining plants (CZ & HU), together of 200 employees
- Responsibility for 20 million EUR in sales, including component discussions with the customer and assistance in process development
- Collaboration with the plants in Germany and Poland
- Reporting to the German CEO of the group
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position
- Knowledge of machining, preferably in the area of casting machining for heavy-duty and agricultural applications
- English or German is a must, Czech or Hungarian is an advantage
- Availability to travel between Czechia and Hungary
