Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to financial targets.
• Implement value-driven management with a cooperative leadership style.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, business group (BG), and legal requirements, especially in HSE and energy management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive process improvements and implement industry best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and local authorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a manufacturing site (minimum 10 years in a similar leadership role).
• Strong background in precision machining, thermoplastic injection molding, painting, and modern assembly processes.
• Expertise in plastic injection molding technologies and robotics (experience with Engel, Boy, and Arburg injection molding machines).
• In-depth knowledge of working with metals and plastics.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Fluent in Slovak and German (or English) – both written and spoken.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strategic and hands-on management approach.
