Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the management of a production plant with approx. 200 employees.
• Oversee daily operations, production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Lead and develop the management team, fostering a culture of responsibility, motivation, and performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure on-time delivery in line with global automotive industry standards.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, with full P&L responsibility (approx. turnover €40 million).
• Report to the Group management and cooperate closely with international partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager/Managing Director, or similar leadership role in automotive production.
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing and automotive standards (IATF 16949, Lean, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (200+ employees) and manage full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Slovak language is required; German or English preferred. Knowledge of all three is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on, result-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced and competitive international environment.
