Production Managers

Responsibilities:

• Planning, management and coordination of existing production, production processes and capacities.
• Responsible for creating production plans, budgets and production analyses.
• Implementing improvements and optimizing the use of resources.
• Coordinating, leading, evaluating and motivating the production team.
• Checking the performance of the team as well as other indicators.
• Monitoring production efficiency, ensuring production technical support.
• Management of technological changes, implementation of new technologies and procedures to increase competitiveness.
• Responsible for compliance with safety standards as well as ISO 9001 quality standards, or ISO 14001.
• Cooperation with other departments within the company.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (Ing.) in a technical or economic field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a production manager
• Qualified technical and process know-how
• Knowledge of LEAN tools
• A methodical approach to problem solving
• Positive and strong leadership skills
• English or German – level B2
