Plant Manager – Europe
We are looking for plant managers experienced in managing production plants. Your role will be to lead, plan, organize, make decisions and control the people and processes in the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for achieving the set production and financial goals of the company
- Responsibility for planning budgets, human capital and investments
- Planning, implementation and coordination of corporate activities, projects, development
- Communication and decision-making on company direction
- Lead the management and executive team of the company
- Ensure continuous development and improvement of business processes
- Improving quality management improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in solving operational problems
- Experience with conceptual improvement of the monitored KPI plant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry at the PM position
- Excellent managerial and communication skills
- Innovative and result-oriented personality type
- Ability of conceptual and innovative thinking
- English or German – level B2
