Production Manager – Europe
We are looking for production managers who will be responsible for technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the production of the components according to IATF16949
- Ensuring that products are produced on time, of good quality and meet all customer and company standards
- Supervising the safety and environmental protection of the production site, applying the relevant regulations
- Ensuring the achievement of planned goals – KPI
- Identifying and addressing issues affecting production to optimize cost performance and reduce working capital
- Strengthening continuous improvement through the implementation of LEAN principles and best practices
- Ensuring that strict predictive and preventive maintenance procedures are used to increase efficiency and extend the life of capital equipment
- Preparing and documenting production records and staff training and performance records
- Preparing budgets and production planning for materials, work and equipment.
Requirements:
- Ing. degree in technical or economy faculty
- Experience on similar position
- 5S standards
- Qualified know how of purchasing and logistics
- Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements
- LEAN tools knowledge
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Positive and strong leadership skills and practice
- English or German – level B2
